Life and wellbeing coaching categories and topics
We have designed a set of categories that are central to health and wellbeing in every human beings life. In each category there are several topics that relate to the category. We recommend the health and wellbeing categories outlined below to you as they are central to your life and will guide you as to where to start in your growth journey.
The topics in each category flow together and result in an enhanced understanding and skill set in the chosen category of wellbeing. Each category will be individeually designed to suit your needs.
However if you cannot see a category, or topics, that suits your personal needs, or you would like to cover unrelated topics, we can tailor a set of topics that will suit your needs in your life right now.
